Job Scope

• Support dental procedures and assist with clinical preparations
• Ensure proper cleaning and sterilization of instruments and equipment
• Provide administrative and frontline support at the reception area
• Coordinate appointments and manage scheduling arrangements
• Attend to phone calls and respond to general enquiries professionally
• Assist with payment collection and patient-related administrative matters

Requirements

• Prior experience in a dental clinic or healthcare setting is required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, organized, and service-oriented
