We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount.
Jobs Responsibilities
- Assist in managing scam fraud follow up end to end processes
- Review and resolve card scam related cases
- Responsible for conducting investigation into Cards related scam cases and provide investigation reports
- Provide information and documentation requested
- Assist with administrative work related to all fraud cases
- Other ad-hoc duties and task assigned
