Job Summary:

• Working Days: 5 days - 3 rotating shifts

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide quality nursing care to patients by following hospital policies and standard nursing procedures.

• Assist doctors during medical examinations, treatments, and clinical procedures.

• Monitor patients' health conditions, record observations, and report any changes promptly.

• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions.

• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients.

• Work closely with the healthcare team to deliver efficient and compassionate patient care.

Requirements:

• Valid SNB (Singapore Nursing Board) License

• Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec in Nursing
