Job Description
- Carry out basic nursing procedures such as simple wound dressing
- Assist doctors and registered nurses in simple and moderately complex procedures/treatments under supervision
- Document, monitor and record observations of patients and their vital signs, and report changes in condition to the registered nurse promptly
- Provide simple health education to patients and families
- Participate in clinical/service quality improvement activities or nursing research, contribute to changes/improvement of workflow
