Core Responsibilities

• Deliver Specialized Programmes: Expertly conduct our signature enrichment tracks, including NeuroMooves™ (brain-body coordination) and Creativity & Theatrical Strategies.

• Individualized Support: Monitor and record each child’s developmental milestones, ensuring their unique learning needs are addressed.

• Documentation & Assessment: Prepare detailed semester progress reports and maintain comprehensive developmental portfolios for every student.

• Environment Stewardship: Curate an inspiring, age-appropriate learning environment; prepare and maintain high-quality teaching resources.

• Relationship Management: Act as a key partner to parents, providing transparent feedback and building strong, trusting relationships.

• Champion Culture: Embody the "Champion Mindset" as an inspiring role model, bringing energy and a creative spirit to every lesson.

• Policy Alignment: Ensure all activities strictly adhere to center policies, frameworks, and our core philosophy.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or related fields.

• Proven experience or a strong interest in physical movement (NeuroMooves™) and dramatic arts (Theatrical Strategies).
