Job Description

• Nurture children’s natural curiosity to explore and learn in a comfortable and safe environment.
• Partner with parents to support, guide and share in their child’s growth and development.
• Making preparations for classroom teaching i.e. work materials to be prepared effectively, lesson plans to be recorded, etc.
• Ensuring the safety of children at all times.
• Monitoring children’s progress and recording observations in the children’s portfolio and progress report books.
• Planning activities for Concert, Children’s Day, Teacher’s Day, National Day, etc.
• Planning & participating in the field trip.
• Setting up classroom decoration and learning environment.
• Enforcing positive discipline practices.
• Teaching and implementing Kinderland integrated curriculum.
• Conduct parent-teacher meetings.
• Parents’ communication, Newsletter

Job requirement

• Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education or its equivalent.
• Holding LON L2 or relevant
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion and patience to work with young children.
• Able to work well independently as well as within a team
• Ready to start work immediately or with a short notice period
