Job Summary

Coordinate and monitor site and documentation progress to ensure quality control meets client standards. Provide accurate and detailed shop drawings using AutoCad and 3D tools. Facilitate effective communication by attending site meetings and updating project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor site activities and documentation progress to ensure timely project delivery
• Implement quality control measures to maintain work standards aligned with client requirements
• Enforce compliance of all sub-contractors with site requirements to ensure safe and efficient site operations
• Verify and ensure accuracy of drawings based on precise site measurements to support construction accuracy
• Produce detailed shop drawings using AutoCad and 3D software to facilitate clear project execution
• Participate in all site meetings, including weekly progress meetings, to communicate updates and resolve issues
• Prepare comprehensive meeting minutes and update the project schedule to reflect current progress and action items
