Responsibilities: 

• Monitor key product parameters to maintain quality and yield.
• Analyze daily process capability and take preventive or containment actions for deviations.
• Track in-process yield and perform loss analysis.
• Review and decide on material disposition for final products.
• Identify and report abnormal losses or defects promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements: 

• Diploma in Engineering or Science required.
• Willingness to work permanent 12-hour day or night shifts.
