Engineering Assistant, Quality

Job Responsibilities

• Drive Corrective Action Plans (CAPA) for quality issues
• Support failure analysis of returned products and identify root causes
• Coordinate technical analysis with cross-functional teams and communicate findings
• Support product launches and sustaining quality activities
• Monitor SPC trends, FTQ, and scrap reports
• Drive and support 8D reports, PPAP submissions, and Q-Plan activities
• Support quality improvement projects and operational issue resolution
• Assist in internal/external audits including ISO and IATF 16949 audits

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in manufacturing or quality environment preferred
• Knowledge of SPC, 8D, CAPA, PPAP, and root cause analysis
• Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Familiar with ISO/IATF standards is an advantage
