• Industry/ Organization Type: Precision Engineering
• Position Title: Engineering Assistant
• Working Location: West (Nearest MRT: Joo Koon)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8.30 am to 6.18 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + OT Pay + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage production processes, equipment, and procedures.
• Design production workflows and provide clear work instructions.
• Ensure products meet quality and specification standards.
• Use tools like time study, SPC, FMEA, and others to improve efficiency.
• Propose solutions to prevent product quality issues.
• Design and verify jigs and fixtures for production.
• Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisors.

• Minimum NTC 2/3 in Precision Engineering (with relevant experience).
• Basic knowledge of CNC machining (Milling or Turning),
• Familiar with CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD and Mastercam),
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Individuals without experience are encouraged to apply, training is provided.
• Able to work OT on Saturdays if required.
