We’re looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer in Singapore. The position is based in our GES site at Marsiling. 

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will:

• Monitor, maintain and improve assembly/test first pass yield

• Perform first level production line/equipment fallout verification

• Work with Product Engineer to have effective RCCA and resolution to product quality issues

• Coordinate with cross-functional team to implement actions required to evaluate and qualify necessary manufacturing process, SW/FW, tester/equipment or product/component changes

• Provide training to line operators and technicians

• Keep shop floor MES up-to-date arising from changes

• In charge of equipment/tester preventive maintenance, calibration and repairs.

• Assist to/execute Prototype builds, Pilot Build and Engineering build during NPI

• Create and maintain Work/Manufacturing/Process Instruction

• New process development and qualification

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical / Electro-Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years PCBA Box Build experience in a contract manufacturing environment

• Knowledge in computer programming & networking a must

• Ability to attend meetings on different time zones when necessary

• General awareness of Manufacturing Systems e.g. CAD, SAP, ERP etc.

• General awareness of the Lean Methodology & Good Manufacturing Practices

• Good presentation skills and good grasp of the MS Office (Word, Power Point and Excel)

• Independent, self-motivated, process oriented & analytical
