Job Roles and Responsibilities:

·Inspect building façades thoroughly to ensure safety and compliance.

·Perform ground-level inspections using binoculars and high-resolution cameras.

·Document findings accurately, including detailed reports, clear photos, and videos of defects or risks.

·Collaborate with senior engineers and architects to review and discuss inspection results.

·Prepare professional reports following BCA (Building and Construction Authority) standards.

·Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, when presenting inspection results.

·Support additional tasks as assigned to contribute to project success.

Job Requirements:

·      Valid Façade Inspector registration certificate (Singapore).

·      Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (preferred).

·      Physical ability to walk for extended periods and perform inspections at heights or in challenging conditions.

·      Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot defects or risks that are not easily noticeable.
