Job responsibilities:

• The technician will assist you in providing the service under a service contract or repair responsibility.
• Coordinating with customers and subcontractors are all tasks.
• Review and verify the technician's report.
• Coordinate, prioritize, and resolve issues that your team encounters.
• Optimize staff, standard time and equipment.
• Escalate important issues that affect your business.
• Gather feedback and engage your customers to build and maintain good relationships.
• We respond to customer feedback and investigate the root cause.
• Negotiate and terminate the sale according to standard terms.
• We provide aftermarket support services to meet our regular sales goals.
• To identify risks and comply with company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare renewal and maintenance kits for routine maintenance to maintain your contract.
• Create a maintenance contract and outline the scope of each maintenance activity.
• Key account user, implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and troubleshooting reports.
• Examination, evaluation, preparation, and submission of bid specifications.
• Work closely with your business unit to complete your quote proposal.
• Provide technical support.
• Carry out planned systems checks to ensure systems proper operations.
• Rectify all problems detected during preventive maintenance attend to “non-contract” request calls and breakdown calls as required and furnish reports of the findings.
• Generate Service Report for customers and ensure that the report is sent to the customer timely.
• Responsible for attending to system breakdown calls and carry out scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate and monitor work progress with customer and relevant parties for information to expedite installation and supervise sub-contractors' work at site.
• Provides basic support of installation, maintenance, and repair of building systems and equipment.
• Perform standby duty for complaint and breakdown
• Coordinate with sales, customer, other for successful completion of proposals and implementation
• Ensure safety procedures and conduct during service or repairs
• Responsible for attending to system breakdown calls and carry out scheduled preventive maintenance
• Provide AUTOCAD drawing as per requested.
• Ad hoc engineering job will add.
