Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of supplier engagement requests, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives and desired outcomes.
• Engage with suppliers to understand their product and service offerings, and identify their unique value propositions and differentiators.
• Lead the preparation of evaluations, reports, and submissions for Management review, supporting timely and data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and maintain a robust tracking system to monitor engagement milestones, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure within established SLAs.
• Oversee the consolidation and analysis of supplier performance data, translating metrics into actionable insights for periodic reporting.
• Conduct structured research on the ICT industry landscape to identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide coordination and support for cross-functional projects, programmes, and engagements to achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Infocomm Technology, Computer/Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the ICT industry or related fields.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Good analytical, organizational, and planning capabilities.
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and demonstrate resourcefulness.
• Proficient in basic data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with CRM tools and Tableau is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Working location : Pasir Panjang / Alexandra (Nearest MRT station : Labrador)

Salary : $5,000.00 - $6,500.00
