Description

As an Emergency Medical Technican (EMT), you will be tasked to be the Crew Leader of Medlink Healthcare Group (MHG) Medical Transport Ambulances. You will primarily respond to stable cases such as sending patients to/from appointments, discharge of patients and non-emergency ad-hoc cases commensurate with your ability.

Career Progression

MHG strongly believes in giving it's employees a career, rather than a job. As an EMT in MHG, the following progression options are avaliable:

• Paramedic Pathway with EMTs with more than 2 years of experience sent to NYP Paramedicine Diploma Course, funded by MHG
• Ambulance Driver Pathway with EMTs being trained in Defensive Driving
• Secondary Appointments will also be assigned to certain EMTs with a goal to eventually promote them to an Executive Position.

Overtime pay will be tabulated based on MOM requirements of 1.5 x of the Base Salary , and will be made known to the employee during the interview process.

• EMT Certificate from SAF/SCDF/Alice Lee School of Nursing/Lentor/COSEM OR any other recognised places
• BCLS/AED
