Electrical Supervisor
(TWRP – C2A Influent Pumping Stations)

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily electrical installation works for the Tuas Water Reclamation Plant (TWRP), C2A – Influent Pumping Stations project.
• Oversee site activities including LV power distribution, switchboards, MCCs, control panels, cabling and earthing works.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, method statements and project specifications.
• Monitor subcontractors’ performance, workmanship and work progress.
• Conduct site inspections and rectify non-conformance or quality issues.
• Coordinate with Engineers and other disciplines to resolve site technical matters.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements and site safety regulations.
• Maintain daily site records and report progress to the Project Engineer/Manager.

Job Requirements

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–8 years of relevant site supervision experience in infrastructure, water treatment, wastewater or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation practices and site coordination.
• Able to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Familiar with Singapore safety regulations and construction site practices.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to work at Tuas area with transportation pickup at designated MRT stations.
