We are seeking a reliable, proactive Electrical Engineering Intern to support our daily operations.

💼 About the Job

As a Electrical Engineering Intern, you’ll play a key role in our Technical Support Team:

• Support merchants by providing training, installation, setup, and upgrades of payment terminals (hardware, software, and network).
• Respond to on-site technical support requests when merchants need assistance.
• Make scheduled visits to troubleshoot and resolve merchant issues.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and high merchant satisfaction.

✅ Requirements 

• Course of Study – Networking / Computer maintenance and Operating Systems / System Administration / IT / Hardware / Software / Process Engineering or equivalent program
• No relevant working experiences is required; training will be provided.
• Eager learner with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Strong written and spoken English skills
• Fresh graduates/student/Part-timer are welcome to apply
