· Review Contract Docuements

· Make MTO, BOQ

· Study drawings, specifications

· Interface with Client and Make a Progress Claim

· Manage site activities, site workers, subcontractors, main contractors

· (For Electrical Engineer) Knowledge in Power Distribution System, Lighting System, Earth & Lightening System, PV System, UPS/EPS, Telephone distribution.

· Experience for brand submission and technical discussion with authority, design consultant

· Deep knowledge in scheduling, planning, resource control and installation

· Capability in controlling of changes, variations and their costs.

· Monitor and review information from materials, events, or the environment, to detect or assess problems.

· Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.

· Identify problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

· Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths & weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic) or equivalent.

· At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
