Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Hybrid / EV Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicle systems, including diagnostics, repair, and maintenance. You will work closely with our technicians and customers to ensure top-quality service and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on Hybrid and EV systems, including batteries, electric motors, and power electronics.

Conduct routine maintenance to ensure vehicle safety and optimal performance.

Collaborate with the team to stay updated on the latest technologies and service protocols.

Educate customers on proper maintenance and usage of their Hybrid/EV vehicles.

Maintain accurate records of repairs, diagnostics, and services performed.

Follow safety procedures and comply with environmental regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an automotive technician with specialization in Hybrid and EV systems.

IMI (Institute of the Motor Industry) or equivalent certification in Hybrid/EV technology preferred.

Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems, diagnostics tools, and software.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving skills.
