• Focused on the maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of equipment within a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. 
• Maintenance & Calibration: Perform Preventive/Predictive Maintenance on plant instrumentation, process analyzers, and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) electrical equipment to ensure high reliability and compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose, locate, and repair faulty instrumentation (PT, DPT, LT, TT), control systems, and electrical components.
• Project & Commissioning Support: Participate in new project construction, installation, and commissioning activities, including punch listing, loop checks, and testing of new plant equipment.
• Documentation & Compliance: Update and maintain maintenance records (using systems like Maximo/SAP), technical drawings (CAD/3Dmodels), and calibration data to meet FDA, EU, and HSA audit requirements.
• Safety & 5S: Adhere strictly to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) rules, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
• Education: Diploma or NTC in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or petrochemical plant maintenance
• Proficiency in PLC, DCS, automation, and instrumentation calibration
