EHS Engineer

Kerry Consulting is looking to hire an experienced EHS professional to drive regulatory compliance and strengthen safety culture within a high-technology production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements (MOM, SCDF, NEA) and internal EHS standards.

• Lead EHS inspections, safety meetings, and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions.

• Conduct incident investigations, root cause analysis, and effectiveness reviews.

• Drive hazard identification, risk assessments, accident prevention programmes, and Management of Change (MOC) processes.

• Provide technical safety guidance to stakeholders across operations and facilities.

• Support semiconductor equipment start-up EHS certifications.

• Maintain regulatory licences, approvals, and statutory documentation to ensure operational readiness.

• Support and sustain ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SS 651, and RBA certifications.

• Plan and deliver EHS training, awareness initiatives, and safety promotional activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, or Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical) or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in semiconductor, petrochemical, chemical, or related high-risk manufacturing environments.

• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (MOM).

• Senior Fire Safety Manager (SCDF) certification.

• Environmental Control Officer (NEA) certification is advantageous.

• WSQ Specialist Diploma in WSH (Level C) will be considered.
