Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Education Sales Consultant to join our growing enrichment education team. The role focuses on promoting and selling a wide range of children’s enrichment and holistic education programmes, including Children’s English, Dance, Rhythmic Gymnastics, and Visual Arts courses.

The successful candidate will play a key role in student recruitment, parent engagement, and achieving enrolment targets, while delivering a professional and trustworthy customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell children’s enrichment programmes, including:

  • Children’s English Language Courses

  • Children’s Dance Programmes

  • Rhythmic Gymnastics Courses

  • Visual Arts and Creative Programmes

• Provide professional consultation to parents and guardians, understanding students’ needs and recommending suitable programmes

• Follow up on enquiries from walk-in customers, phone calls, online leads, and marketing campaigns

• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment and sales targets

• Maintain accurate student and customer records in the CRM system

• Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and class placement

• Participate in education fairs, open houses, school events, and promotional activities when required

• Handle basic administrative tasks related to enrolment, contracts, and payments

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in education, training, enrichment, or service-related industries

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written), to effectively communicate with bilingual parents and students

• Customer-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, messaging platforms)

• Willingness to work some evenings or weekends based on class schedules and events

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in selling children’s education, enrichment, or tuition programmes

• Familiarity with the Singapore education or enrichment landscape

• Diploma or higher qualification in Education, Business, Marketing, or related fields
