RESPONSIBILITIES

Mediacorp Brand Studio is seeking a talented and experienced Editor to join our growing content marketing team. We're looking for someone passionate about creating impactful content across multiple formats - ranging from print articles and digital features to social media copy, video and audio.

In this role, you will collaborate with a dynamic in-house team of creatives, editors and art directors, as well as manage a pool of freelancers. You will help produce engaging branded content for Mediacorp's platforms, including advertorials and customised digital campaigns. Beyond sharp writing and editing skills, the ideal candidate brings creative storytelling abilities and the vision to shape compelling narratives around client briefs.

This position involves end-to-end ownership of the production cycle - from ideation to execution and amplification - requiring excellent planning, project management and client-facing skills. The ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines is essential.

The role reports to the Senior Editors of Mediacorp Brand Studio.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and campaigns within the Brand Studio team.
• Oversee writers, designers and freelancers to ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Work with in-house creative, editorial and art teams to craft innovative content solutions.
• Work with editorial and product teams to ensure branded content integrates seamlessly across Mediacorp platforms.
• Develop and edit branded content that aligns with client objectives while maintaining editorial integrity and creative excellence.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet the highest creative and editorial standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in a relevant role for Editor
• Proven track record as a creative storyteller, with strong editing and concept development skills.
• Experience working across diverse content formats, including video, infographics, podcasts and long/short-form features.
• Experience creating both bite-sized and in-depth content for digital audiences.
• Broad interest in current affairs, business, lifestyle and digital trends.
• Journalism background with experience producing factual editorial and/or non-paid content for newsroom or digital platforms is a plus. Strong editorial judgment and fact-checking rigour required.
• Familiarity with Mediacorp's platforms, brands and celebrities is an advantage.
• Strong industry network is a plus.
