Responsibilities:

- Design and author eBRS recipes & workflows in Aspen V14 application aligned to client core library usage and quality process flow recommendations.

- Configure and manage busienss processes around material management/flow , equipment management including Equipment logbook (ePEL), and Aspen production record systems.

- Integrate SAP with eBRS and enable seamless communication to DCS (Distributed Control System) to support batch creation via campaign manager, process orchestration via EDM and batch data recording via Batch extraction into APRM.

- Implement and configure EDM (Event Driven Module) for real-time manufacturing event handling and overall system communication for process activities orchestration and stock reporting to SAP.

- Lead configuration of different module within Aspen MES like MOC, mMDM, APRM, AFW IP.21, and Apem Mobile

- Lead ADO story and task assignment to support Design, Testing and Go-live

- Lead Service Now change activities and Kneat system for defects management during testing

- Lead smart manufacturing projects targeting 2030 digital transformation goals.

- Ensure adherence to GxP standards, site validation procedures, and production stage usage on site.

- Oversee primary site eBRS design, configuration, and continuous improvement.

- Mentor team members on best practices in recipe authoring, material/equipment management, and system integrations.

Essential Skill:

- Expert knowledge on Aspen V14 architecture and MES modules like APEM (MOC), APEM, AFW, mMDM, IP.21, APEM mobile and A1PE.

- Extensive experience with eBRS Aspen application

– designing of recipes including SQL syntax writing to allow generic recipe design works for multiple business processes and production record management.

- Expert knowledge in analysing the application MOC and API debugs to provide required resolution for recipe solution fix.

- Expert knowledge in code writing in SQL syntax supported by Aspen V14 platform - Expert knowledge on BPL/RPL/MR design for the business process requirements

- Experience working with Product vendor to deliver product/platform fix for the business

- Strong knowledge of material management, equipment management, and mMDM configuration.

- Expertise in SAP ↔ eBRS integration, end-to-end Delat V DCS communication setup and Label design for Zebra printer

- Hands-on experience with Smart Manufacturing 2030 initiatives and EDM (Event Driven Module) configuration & communication.

- Deep understanding of GxP standards, site validation processes, and production stage usage on client site.

- Deep understanding of ADO, Server Now and Kneat tool

- Proven ability in primary site eBRS design and implementation.

- Prove ability of delivery of solution using agile methodology

- Excellent project leadership and cross-functional communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

- Experience with other MES platforms or advanced Aspen modules.

- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and digital twin concepts.

- Prior work in primary API manufacturing and understanding of the business processes

- Experience working with Pub/Sub architecture

- Experience working with development of Reports and Dashboard using A1PE.

- Experience working with RPA, Test Automation or application of AI/ML to augment capability of Aspen MES platform

Qualifications:

- Relevant engineering / technology /Master degree .

- Professional certifications in manufacturing systems or GxP compliance are a plus.
