🚗 HIRING –Automotive Customer Advisor 🚗

📍 Location: Tampines 1

🗓️ Working Schedule:
• 5 days work week (2 off days on weekdays)
• Mon – Fri: 9:30am – 7:30pm
• Sat – Sun: 9:30am – 6:30pm or 1:00pm – 10:00pm

💰 Salary Package:
💵 $2,700 – $2,800 per month
⏰ OT paid at 1.5x after scheduled shift hours
🎁 1 Month Completion Bonus upon completion of 1 year service

📝 Job Scope:
✔️ Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom
✔️ Understand customer needs and introduce suitable vehicles
✔️ Collect customer details and pass leads to the sales team
✔️ Arrange appointments, test drives, and handle enquiries
✔️ Update customer records and follow up when required
✔️ Support social media content creation and marketing activities
✔️ Assist with showroom events and promotions
✔️ Ensure the showroom is clean, presentable, and welcoming

✅ Requirements:
✔️ At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
✔️ Comfortable interacting with customers
✔️ Interested in social media and content creation
✔️ Familiar with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu
✔️ Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented
✔️ Able to work weekends and public holidays
✔️ Basic photography or video editing skills are a bonus
✔️ Automotive knowledge or Class 3 driving license is an advantage
