Job Summary

Deliver early intervention teaching and support for preschoolers by creating and implementing individualized education plans, monitoring progress, and engaging parents to foster holistic child development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-to-one and small group teaching sessions for preschoolers to support their developmental needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and lesson plans tailored to students’ abilities and goals
• Monitor student progress regularly and document observations through detailed progress notes and reports
• Facilitate parent meetings and training sessions to communicate student progress and strategies for home support
• Create instructional materials that accommodate diverse learning needs and promote academic, social, and emotional growth
• Address all aspects of the learning experience, including academic, social, and emotional development, to support holistic child growth
• Collaborate effectively with team members in a supportive, family-like work environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience working in Early Intervention Programs
