Job Description

We are looking for a motivated E-Commerce Executive to support and manage online sales across multiple e-commerce platforms. This role is suitable for fresh poly graduates who are passionate about digital commerce, content creation, and online retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and company website.

• Support online sales growth through product listings, pricing updates, promotions, and campaign execution.

• Create and update product listings, images, banners, and promotional content to improve visibility and conversion.

• Assist in creating short-form product videos, including product shoots, basic editing, and creative content for social media and e-commerce platforms.

• Support livestream activities (especially TikTok Shop), including product preparation, coordination, and on-screen or behind-the-scenes assistance.

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing activities including social media ads, SEO, SEM, and email campaigns.

• Monitor sales performance and prepare basic reports on trends, campaigns, and product performance.

• Coordinate with marketplace platforms and partners to support campaign participation and brand visibility.

• Manage inventory updates and stock balancing between online and offline channels.

• Assist in promotional setup including bundles, vouchers, discounts, and platform campaigns.

• Handle customer enquiries and provide basic after-sales support.

• Support order processing and fulfilment coordination including packing, shipping, and billing.

• Contribute ideas and assist in new initiatives to improve online sales performance, content quality, and operational efficiency.

• Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Fresh polytechnic graduates are welcome to apply.

• Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or related field.

• Interest in e-commerce, social media, and content creation.

• Comfortable working with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Amazon (training provided).

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, social media ads).

• Strong interest in video content creation, short-form video editing, and livestreaming.

• Good learning attitude, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative.

• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Good to Have

• Experience using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop Express.

• Basic Microsoft Excel skills (data entry, simple formulas).

• Exposure to TikTok content creation, livestreaming, or short-form video production.

• Familiarity with social media trends and e-commerce content formats.
