E-commerce Executive / Specialist

About Us

We are the official representative and distributor of BMAI and COROS in Singapore, operating under Pangu Running. As we continue to expand our retail and distribution footprint, we are looking for a tech-savvy and results-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels.

Job Responsibilities

• Platform Management: Manage day-to-day operations across multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Official Website).

• Product Listings & Optimization: Upload new products, manage inventory updates, and optimize product titles, descriptions, and images for better search visibility (SEO) and conversion rates.

• Campaign Management: Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including Mega Sales (11.11, Black Friday, etc.), Brand Days, and Flash Sales. Manage platform ads (e.g., Shopee Ads) to drive traffic and maximize ROI.

• Customer Service: Handle online customer inquiries promptly, resolve post-sales issues, and manage product returns or exchanges to maintain high store ratings.

• Fulfillment Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with the retail and warehouse teams for daily order processing. (Note: Physical picking, packing, and dispatching of parcels will be strictly handled by the warehouse/retail team). Ensure inventory levels are accurately synced across platforms to prevent overselling.

Requirements

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations. Familiarity with Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Center, or Shopify/WooCommerce is a must.

• Skillset: Basic data analysis skills to track sales performance. Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) to create simple online banners or product mockups will be a strong advantage.

• Drive & Attitude: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Language: Bilingual proficiency is a strong plus to effectively communicate with local customers and liaise with brand headquarters when necessary.
