We are looking for a proactive E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online stores and support daily operations. You will handle Shopify website management, marketplace operations (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), digital marketing campaigns, and customer orders to ensure smooth fulfillment and strong sales growth.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on e-commerce, digital marketing, and operations in a fast-growing SME environment.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce & Digital Marketing

• Manage and update Shopify website and product listings
• Handle Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop marketplace operations
• Create social media content and support marketing campaigns
• Optimize product listings using SEO keywords to increase online sales
• Monitor online orders and customer inquiries

Operations & Fulfillment

• Process daily orders, packing, and dispatch
• Maintain inventory and stock accuracy
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales records
• Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or Operations
• Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome
• Familiar with Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, or e-commerce platforms
• Basic skills in Canva, social media, or digital marketing tools
• Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with Meta Ads / Google Ads
• Experience managing online marketplaces
• Customer service or fulfillment experience
