Job Summary

Drive and maintain company vehicles safely and professionally, ensuring punctual and courteous transportation services while adhering to safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely by following all traffic laws and company driving policies to protect passengers and vehicles
• Conduct daily inspections to detect and report vehicle defects promptly, ensuring roadworthiness
• Record mileage, fuel use, trip details, receipts, and expenses accurately for operational transparency
• Clean and maintain vehicles regularly to meet company standards and ensure passenger comfort
• Report accidents, incidents, or vehicle damage immediately to management for quick resolution
• Manage time effectively to provide punctual and efficient transportation services
• Plan and follow efficient routes using GPS and local road knowledge
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English and/or Chinese with passengers and colleagues
• Work independently with responsibility, reliability, and a professional attitude
• Follow workplace safety rules and apply basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting skills
• Be willing to work overtime, weekends, public holidays, and shifts as needed
• Perform other ad-hoc duties to support company operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving licence (or relevant class for assigned vehicle)
• Maintain a clean driving record with no major traffic offences or suspensions in the past 3 years

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a chauffeur, corporate driver, or executive driver serving government agencies, multinational corporations, or executive personnel
• Familiarity with airport transfers, corporate events, and VIP transportation services

Other Information

• Working Location: Central Region
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, either 0730 hrs – 1630 hrs or 0830 hrs – 1730 hrs, inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break
