• Provide dependable and professional chauffeur services for the CEO and family including transportation to business meetings, personal appointments, and social engagements.
• Plan and optimize travel routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures, accounting for traffic conditions and potential delays.
• Ensure the vehicle is maintained in excellent condition through regular cleaning, fueling, and scheduled servicing.
• Run errands on behalf of CEO and family, such as collecting documents, parcels, or making purchases, while ensuring tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
• Comply with all traffic laws and road safety regulations, prioritizing the safety and comfort of passengers at all times.
• Manage time efficiently to accommodate changes in itinerary and respond to last-minute requests as needed.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to the Managing Director’s personal and professional activities.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and handle ad-hoc requests efficiently.
• Willingness to work beyond standard hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
