Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and professional Driver to provide safe and timely transportation for the CEO and members of the Management Team for business meetings and official duties within Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Chauffeur the CEO and Management Team to and from meetings, appointments, and company-related events in a safe and punctual manner
• Plan routes in advance and adjust to traffic conditions to ensure timely arrivals
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and roadworthiness of the assigned vehicle, including regular checks and basic upkeep
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety policies
• Support ad-hoc transportation needs and perform other driving-related duties as required, including outside of normal office hours

Requirements

• Possession of a valid Singapore driving licence with a good driving record
• Proven experience as a personal or corporate driver (experience driving senior management is an advantage)
• Demonstrates high standards of honesty and integrity, with a strong sense of professionalism and confidentiality
• Disciplined, responsible, and reliable, with a good work ethic
• Well-organised and able to manage time effectively, especially with changing schedules
• Maintains high personal hygiene standards and ensures vehicle cleanliness at all times
• In good health condition, physically fit to perform driving duties safely
• Familiarity with Singapore roads and traffic regulations, and adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety policies
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours when required
• Working Hours and Vehicle Arrangement: Monday to Wednesday, 8:00am – 6:00pm, Thursday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm
• Overtime may be required, including outside of office hours, depending on business needs
• Vehicle will be parked at CEO’s residential address or Company’s designated location, and is not permitted to be taken home by the driver.
