Job Title: Driver / Operations Assistant (Pet Aftercare Services)
Working Hours: 5 days per week, 9am to 6pm
Working Location: Kaki Bukit

The Opportunity:

• Join a meaningful role where you can support pet owners during a sensitive time.
• We are looking for a dependable and compassionate Driver / Operations Assistant to support our pet aftercare operations in Singapore.
• This role is suitable for candidates who are comfortable driving, handling pets respectfully, and carrying out day-to-day operational duties with care and professionalism.
• No prior experience is required. Training will be provided.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Drive to homes, veterinary clinics or other designated locations to collect departed pets
• Handle and transport pets respectfully according to company procedures
• Wrap and prepare pets carefully using company-provided materials
• Transfer pets safely back to the office / cremation facility
• Assist with basic operations and handling duties at the premises
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards for vehicles, equipment and work areas
• Communicate politely and professionally with pet owners during collection
• Follow company SOPs for safe handling, transport and aftercare procedures

What We Are Looking For:

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence
• Comfortable handling departed pets such as hamsters, rabbits, guinea pigs, cats and dogs
• Physically fit and able to carry out handling and transport duties
• Responsible, respectful and emotionally steady
• No experience required; training will be provided
• Mature candidates and retirees are welcome to apply
