Key Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D and 3D technical drawings using CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks)

• Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction drawings

• Interpret design sketches, specifications, and calculations

• Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, M&E, and other disciplines

• Revise drawings based on design changes, site conditions, or consultant feedback

• Ensure drawings comply with local codes, regulations, and project standards

• Maintain proper drawing version control and documentation

• Support project teams during tender, construction, and handover stages

• Liaise with engineers, project managers, and site teams for clarification

• Assist in preparing material take-offs (role-dependent)

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory for most roles)

• Knowledge of Revit / BIM (preferred for modern projects)

• Strong understanding of construction and engineering drawings

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple drawings and deadlines

• Good communication and coordination skills
