Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Drafter to join our team in heading the development and preparation of technical drawings for scaffolding and construction projects.  This full-time role involves working closely with key stakeholders such as senior engineers and project teams to produce and deliver accurate layout drawings and ensure that all designs meet project requirements and comply with industry standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce precise technical drawings, including layout plans and designs for scaffolding and construction projects
• Liaise with engineers and project teams to clarify project design requirements and technical details
• Update and revise drawings in accordance with site conditions and project requirements
• Ensure all drawings meet quality standards and comply with relevant industry regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams (project and site) to ensure alignment between drawings and actual works for smooth project execution
• Maintain proper in-house documentation and filing of drawings, revisions, and submissions
• Support the submission of accurate drawings to relevant stakeholders where required

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline
• Relevant experience in drafting for construction or scaffoldings preferred
• Proficient in relevant drafting software (e.g. AutoCAD)
• Familiarity with relevantSingapore safety regulations
• Knowledge and proficiency in scaffolding systems
• Good understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
