Job Responsibilities

• Prepare authority submission drawings in Revit / Cad
• Work with project architect on all matters pertaining to design, technical compliance and building code / regulations
• Assist in preparing architectural details & documentation
• Familiarity with Local Authorities Code is an advantage
• Prepare 3D renderings & construction drawings

Job Requirements

• Proficient in BIM and Revit Architecture
• Minimum 3 year of relevant experience
• Good to Have BCA or Autodesk Revit Certificate
• Familiar with local building codes and regulations
• Self-driven and able to work independently
