About the Opportunity
We are a recruitment partner engaged by a prestigious client in the design and build industry.

Our client is a well-established contractor specializing in interior design and A&A projects, delivering innovative and high-quality solutions across commercial, residential, and corporate sectors.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop detailed interior design drawings, layouts, and construction documentation.
• Produce accurate 3D renderings and visualizations for presentations and project approvals.
• Support project teams in translating design concepts into technical drawings for execution.
• Coordinate design documentation with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project requirements, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Provide drafting support throughout the design and construction stages of the project.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max, or equivalent 3D rendering software.
• Internship or prior exposure to interior design or A&A projects preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply.
• Strong attention to detail with good technical and design visualization skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a project team.
• Positive mindset, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow.
