1. To use current AutoCAD software. Knowledge of Revit software to design and implement MEP systems is an added advantage

2. Ensure compliance of quality standards in CAD drawings

3. Redesign drawings accordingly to mark-ups and specifications

4. Review drawings for completeness and accuracy

5. Translate and convert hand drawings and sketches into CAD systems

6. Read, evaluate and interpret mechanical / process designs and drawings

7. Create and implement work methodologies and strategies

8. Documentation and update all drawings

9. Produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, coordination and integration of engineering and M&E drawings

10. Maintain all revisions of project drawings

11. Provide timely technical assistance and solutions to the team

12. Participate in project meetings as required

13. Prepare engineering documents for user and / or client submittal

Requirement:

a) Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent preferred

b) At least 2 yrs experience as a 2D CAD drafter in building & construction

c) Proficient in MEP drawing, AutoCAD software, MS office

Mon to Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm or 9am to 6pm

5 days work week
