Drafter (Building Construction / Project)

Salary: $3,200 – $5,000 (depending on experience)

Location: Lentor

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday: 8.00am – 6.30pm

Saturday: 8.00am – 3.00pm (subject to work completion)

Benefits: Bonus, AL 14 days

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with builders and contractors to prepare, update, and revise building drawings
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure design coordination
• Prepare detailed construction and shop drawings based on design or site requirements
• Produce technical drawings using CAD and BIM software
• Ensure drawings comply with Singapore building codes and regulations
• Prepare sketches, working drawings, and technical documentation
• Support site coordination to ensure construction works follow approved drawings
• Perform other duties assigned by Management or Supervisor

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering Design, Drafting, or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in building or construction projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, SketchUp, Navisworks, or similar software
• Able to read and interpret technical and construction drawings
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team
