Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

•⁠ ⁠Produce 2D elevation and 3D superimposed drawings / rendering / visual mockups for client proposal and internal reference

•⁠ ⁠Prepare detailed technical drawing for signage production and installation

•⁠ ⁠Create cutting files in Adobe Illustrator (AI) for CNC laser / fabrication works

•⁠ ⁠Occasional communication with in-house Professional Engineer for structural discussion and amendment of drawings

•⁠ ⁠Amend drawings to limited times of revisions based on feedback from project managers / sales / production team

•⁠ ⁠Ensure all drawings are accurate, production-ready, and delivered on time

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate closely with internal teams (Project, Sales, Production) via WhatsApp / email

•⁠ ⁠Overtime may be required during urgent projects or tight deadlines

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 1–3 years experience in drafting / signage / interior design / architecture industry

•⁠ ⁠Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, SketchUp, AutoCad, any other design softwares

•⁠ ⁠Able to read and understand technical drawings and detailed drawings

•⁠ ⁠Experience in 3D drawing / superimpose / rendering will be an advantage

•⁠ ⁠High attention to detail and accuracy, highly responsive and communicative

•⁠ ⁠Able to work independently in a remote environment, and equipped with stable network connection and Desktop

•⁠ ⁠Good communication skills (English / Mandarin preferred)

•⁠ ⁠Must be able to respond to company messages within 10-15 minutes during working hours
