Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Revise and maintain drawings as required, ensuring corrections and modifications are implemented according to supervisor directives.
• Produce high-quality, accurate drawings independently, conducting thorough reviews and quality checks prior to submission.
• Collaborate closely with Site Engineers/ Project Managers to resolve drawing details and incorporate client-requested sketches or modifications.
• Organize and maintain comprehensive drawing records and reports for efficient access and reference.
• Develop BIM MEP (Building Information Modelling for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) models and work with the BIM Coordinator to meet client specifications and requirements.

Requirements:

• Candidates with relevant experience in ACMV field are encouraged to apply.
• Those with 3 years or more of experience will be considered.
• Strong knowledge of building services, particularly ducting and piping systems for industrial and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD (2D & 3D) software applications.
