Job Summary

Supply, Installation, and Scheduling of all operational and decorative metal door components required for a project. It covers essential security, fire-safety, and accessibility fixtures, while strictly coordinating with local building codes, door schedules, and architectural specifications.

Main Job Scope:

.Creating, engineering, and producing door and hardware specifications for all types of commercial building applications - schools, hospitals, offices, multifamily housing, entertainment, hospitality, and more.
.Recommending door and hardware solutions to meet the design requirements for security, aesthetics, sustainability, and accessibility.
.Designing electrified access control product and software systems for door openings.
.Working in tandem with our Architectural Sales Representatives to foster a positive customer experience and deliver on time project deliverables.
.Assisting with project submittal reviews and substitution approval processes to ensure specifications are held in the bid process.

Requirements

.Knowledge & Skill in Door Carpentry set lock Installation featuring Electrical and Electronic Systems.
.With I.T. computer and programming knowledge Work with Project Team.
.Support installation, maintenance of door hardware, equipment / systems on-site.
.Preferably with Class 3 driving license (not necessary).
.Hardworking with good team work.
.Can work independently with minimum supervision.
