🔹Maintain high-quality output while optimizing speed and precision.
🔹Troubleshoot minor issues and perform basic maintenance.
🔹Learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Prepare document

* Remove staplers & fastener

* Straighten and flatten documents

* Insert divider to distinguish type of document

* Re-arranged document, remove dividers and staple back to its original stage after image digitizing

Scanning

* Select the correct scan setting

* Perform document scanning

Image Check

* Ensure image and data are correct

* Remove blank page if require by project

* De-skewing & re-orientating scanned images

* Verify with original document if encounter anyunsatisfactory images

* Send for re-scan if image is unsatisfactory afterverification

Data Entry

* Based on user specification, to extract and key ininformation from the image

* Perform any ad hoc tasks
