• Working Hours: 5 days (8am-5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary $2,800 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Track and manage document revisions to ensure only the latest versions are in use.
• Coordinate document review processes, including gathering feedback and revising documents.
• Ensure documents comply with regulatory and company standards for control and record-keeping.
• Assist with preparing QA audit documents and support both internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with QA teams to align quality documents with QA policies and procedures.
• Ensure all QA documents meet regulatory and industry standards.

• 2 years of experience in document control or administrative roles in QA or regulatory environments.
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and document control software is advantageous.
• Great attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
