Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) Specialist to design and implement next‑generation digital trade and settlement solutions. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on expertise in blockchain protocols, tokenization frameworks, stable coin wrapping mechanisms, and smart contract development, particularly for trade finance and supply‑chain settlement scenarios.

This role will work closely with product, technology, and business teams to architect and deploy secure, scalable, and regulatory-aligned digital asset solutions that support end‑to‑end trade processes.

Responsibilities

DLT Architecture & Development

• Design, develop, and maintain DLT-based systems.
• Build and optimize smart contracts to support: Digital trade tokens, Stable coin wrapping and unwrapping flows, Escrow mechanisms, Automated trade settlement, and On-chain/off-chain orchestration.
• Implement secure tokenization mechanisms for trade receivables, invoices, and other supply-chain digital assets.

Digital Trade Token & Stable coin Solutions

• Architect and implement Digital Trade Tokens (DTT) aligned with programmable payment and settlement use cases.
• Design stablecoin-wrapping logic, including collateralization, locking, minting/redemption, and regulatory compliance rules.
• Integrate token functionality with trade workflows such as purchase orders, delivery milestones, risk scoring, and financing events.

Integration & Platform Engineering

• Integrate DLT components with internal systems, APIs, identity services, and legacy banking/enterprise platforms.
• Ensure interoperability with external counterparties, financial institutions, custodians, and digital asset service providers.
• Work with cybersecurity teams to implement secure key management, access control, and transaction signing models.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to translate trade finance requirements into technical specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for DLT adoption.
• Conduct POCs, technical evaluations, and architecture reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on DLT/blockchain development experience.
• Strong expertise with smart contract languages.
• Deep understanding of token standards (ERC‑20/721/1155), stablecoin frameworks, and enterprise tokenization models.
• Strong knowledge of cryptography fundamentals, MPC, key management, and security protocols.
• Solid experience integrating blockchain with enterprise systems through APIs and middleware.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.
