We are looking for a firm, composed, and student-centred individual to join an MOE School in Simei as a Discipline & Operations Officer on a contracted basis.

What You'll Do

• Support the Discipline Master and Operations Manager in managing student discipline, including classroom management, detention supervision (RIA programme), and counselling support
• Patrol school premises before, during, and after lessons — including nearby shops and surrounding areas
• Assist in managing student movement and conduct during internal/national exams, school functions (Speech Day, CCA, external programmes)
• Analyse discipline data including latecoming and truancy trends; identify at-risk students for early intervention
• Assist with home visits during school holidays
• Support administrative and operations duties (fault reporting, asset/store management) when discipline duties are light
• Assist in N/O-Level results release, Sec 1 registration, and bridging programmes during holiday periods

What We're Looking For

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
• At least 2 years' experience managing or working with teenagers in a school or youth setting
• Proficient in MS Office — especially Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Calm under pressure; able to handle conflict situations with maturity
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Working Hours

Mon–Thu: 8:30am–6:00pm | Fri: 8:30am–5:30pm (1-hour lunch break daily)

No weekend or public holiday work required.

Contract Details

Start: 29 June 2026 | Duration: 12 months + optional 12-month extension
