Job Summary
Lead the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives to align with business goals, drive talent acquisition, enhance employee engagement, ensure compliance, and optimize HR operations for organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the organisation’s vision, business goals, and growth plans
- Partner with C-Suite and senior leadership to plan workforce strategy, design organisational structures, optimise talent, and lead culture transformation
- Lead HR transformation initiatives including policy development, system upgrades, digitalisation, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning to attract, retain, and develop top talent
- Design, implement, and ensure the effectiveness of succession planning and leadership development frameworks across functions
- Manage performance management frameworks, compensation structures, benefits, and reward programs to support organisational objectives
- Partner with Finance to develop market-competitive, compliant, and cost-effective total rewards strategies
- Drive initiatives to build a high-performance culture, enhance employee engagement, and improve retention
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion principles to foster a positive workplace environment
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, and internal HR policies
- Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes to maintain a fair and respectful workplace
- Manage HR operations including HRIS, payroll oversight, and HR metrics and analytics to support data-driven decision-making
- Oversee HR budgeting and departmental planning to align resources with strategic priorities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to build capabilities and support professional growth
- Provide strategic HR counsel to department heads and line managers to support business objectives
