Job Description

Prepares, analyzes and reports to leadership monthly department reports including but not limited to utilization, production, billing accuracy and timeliness of general operations.
Maximizes software programs for effective and efficient data collection and reporting.
Leads quality improvement projects and develops testing and training documents.
Manages planning development and improvement.
Analyzes all operations and business practices to improve efficiency in patient scheduling.
Serves a liaison with outside agencies.
Oversees development opportunities for Aesthetics support staff in all locations.
Commits to the CEO's Leadership Expectations as a leader of people and working as part of the Leadership Team.
Actively participate in Leadership Forum.
Communicates with customers and staff at all levels of the organizations.
Develops and maintains policies and procedures as appropriate to role.
Actively participates with Human Resource in the hiring process.
Develops and coordinates new hire on-boarding process and continued training programs for all staff within the department.
