A new premium health evaluation and lifestyle management centre is being established under an established private healthcare group in Singapore.

The centre focuses on preventive health, lifestyle optimisation, and long-term chronic care management, catering to senior and premium clientele.

We are seeking a Director to own and run the centre as a standalone business unit. This is a hands-on operational leadership role, with full accountability for execution and performance. It is not a purely strategy, corporate, or marketing position.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the centre as a standalone business unit, with full accountability for operations and performance

• Oversee day-to-day centre operations, including patient flow, manpower planning, and workflows

• Ensure service quality, turnaround time, and patient experience, supported by clear SOPs and governance

• Design and operationalise post-screening lifestyle and chronic care programmes

• Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams, setting KPIs and performance accountability

• Own centre-level P&L, including budgeting, cost control, pricing, and profitability

• Drive client conversion, retention, and long-term engagement, particularly for premium and senior clientele

We are specifically looking for candidates with:

• Proven experience running healthcare, screening, clinic, or wellness centre operations

• A strong hands-on execution mindset (not purely corporate, advisory, or strategy-focused)

• Experience owning budgets, cost centres, or P&L responsibility

• Exposure to preventive health, lifestyle medicine, chronic care, or elder health programmes

• Comfort managing on-ground teams and daily operations

• An entrepreneurial, build-stage mindset

• Ability to take full ownership from Day 1
