What you do
Solicit new business loan opportunities through active acquisition of unsecured loan products.
Understand the business life cycle of small businesses to help them expand their reach and provide prudent financial solutions to support the companies’ growth.
Demonstrate good credit acumen with ability to mitigate financing risk to ensure robustness of our credit portfolio.
Strong cross team collaborations with internal and external stakeholders to nurture and grow new business and partnership opportunities.
Who you work with
SME owners: You will connect directly with SME owners to understand their financing requirements & offer tailored solutions
Internal Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that the proposed loan offering & application process is sound and efficient
Other Sales & Support teams: Partner with colleagues across various teams to better support any other banking needs which customer may require
Qualifications
How you succeed
Degree holder, with min. 1-2 years of credit and sales experience covering local SMEs
Take initiative and Drive Results: You are a self-motivated individual who is eager to contribute to the broader business strategy by actively identifying new opportunities and challenges
Build Strong Relationships: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to understand customer’s financial needs and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various departments
Demonstrate Analytical skills: Interpret and assess company’s financials to propose sound financing solutions
Thrive in a Dynamic environment: Embrace a fast-paced work environment while adapting to changing priorities and challenges
Focus on Results: Stay highly focused, driven and determined to measurable outcomes, which includes meeting or exceeding targets
